"Soup Tonic" for strong immune system, sinus and decongestion

So, I was in the healing lab brewing up herbal medicines and soup tonic for majority of yesterday. My husband has sinus problems and "the kitchen witch"  went to the lab and started brewing up a spicy tonic for the entire family. One month out until Autumn and all the germs we might encounter. It's an excellent time to start taking those supplements and or herbs that are wonderful immune boosters like astragalus, echinacea, rose hips, ginger, codonopsis and osha root to name a few.
Several roots are idea to add in soups for a strong immune system like burdock and astragalus. When building your ingredients for your tonic soup remember, each household  needs are different. Avoid mucus forming ingredients like; potatoes, white/brown rice, pasta, dairy, cornbread, etc. Instead use vegetables  like red onions, hijiki (seaweed), wakame (seaweed), ginger, habanero  peppers, celery, fresh herbs and spices.
So, here is a version of my Soup Tonic I made for my family;

Ingredients

Soup Tonic In the Making
Delicious Mouth Watering  Soup Tonic

Ingredients;
1 pack Bokchoy
1 burdock root
2 pack of Asian greens ( can substitute )
2 whole red onions
7 carrots
1 bundle of celery
3 habanero peppers
2 jalapeƱo peppers
1/2 fresh pumpkin
5 cups of coconut milk
Handful of fresh thyme
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 cup of ginger
1 pack of nori (seaweed)
Sea salt to your liken
Cumin to your liken
3 tsp Jamaican allspice
1 whole cloves

Bring to boil 2 gallons of water
Once boiling add burdock, onions, ginger, celery and hot peppers.
Next add all of your spices (remember you can add spices according to your liken)
Cut  pumpkin up in med. size chunks, chop veggies and add in pot
Let everything cook for about 10 minutes. Afterwards turn fire off.
Last add fresh thyme, coconut milk and seaweed
Allow all the flavors to merge for about 20-30 minutes before consuming
Enjoy this spicy soup tonic!

Remember when making soup, cut veggies in med size, if not the veggies will become to soft (over cook)
